Seven attendees
A___ is together with B___, and is making out with C___, who is in love with D___, who is having an affair with E___, who rejected F___… who is hitting on everybody. A lot of people live this way. Sometimes everybody’s happy, and other times it doesn’t really work out that well. What emotions, conflicts and weird situations may arise in a group of friends with somewhat loose sexual relations crisscrossing the social sphere? And how did it turn out that way?
Screwing the Crew is a live-action scenario about a holiday party and people with varying degrees of open relationships in a tightly-knit social scene, for 7 to 15 players.

A private residence in northeast Minneapolis. Details will be provided to participants after registration. Venue is near transit.
Participation in this event is offered free of charge, but everyone is encouraged to bring something for the potluck. (see below!)
If you are interested in playing, please fill out our Screwing the Crew registration form before 11 November, 11:59 pm. If more people sign up than we have room for, attendance will be decided by weighted lottery. You should know if you are in or out of the larp by 13 November.

To all my good friends in the Minneapolis Larp Community,
We have all used the wonderful space at EMERGE to better enjoy our games. Well, recently a co-worker’s family has been struck by tragedy. Her sister was lost to violence and her teenage cousin was horribly assaulted. This tragedy has left behind three children and a devastated family that must now find a way to rebuild their lives.
Krystal, my co-worker, is a wonderful strong woman who helps young adults find jobs and stay in school. Most of the people she helps are just a few years older than her cousin who was so viciously hurt. Krystal’s desk isn’t far from where we gather, and we have probably all swiped pens from her workspace.
I know money can’t solve everything, but it does make life easier when things are at their most challenging and terrible. If you have the capacity to give to the GoFundMe campaign, support Krystal and remember her sister Shana, I would be so grateful.
At our next game The Line on Sunday, July 29, free-will donations will go to assist Krystal and her family.

We’re looking forward to an exciting year of larp in the Twin Cities!
You’re all high-school phonomancers at the biggest dance of the year. During the dance you’ll be able to hang with your friends, pick arguments with your frenemies, and moon over your crush—just like any other high school dance. But when your music is playing, you’re empowered by it and become the most powerful being on the dance floor and maybe the entire gymnasium! At the end of the night, one of you will be elected Dance Monarch and enact a powerful ritual that can permanently change the world.
Some of you are here to dance, some of you are here to hang out with friends, and some of you are here because you have nothing better to do. All of you are here because music is magic.
